Owner Review: Must de Cartier Tank

Must de Cartier Tank

Like most classically styled tank watches, this Must de Cartier Tank is considered an icon in the world of horology due to its atemporal character and it can be a great piece on your wrist.

Launched to the global watch market in 1977 with different variations and  colors of dial, it still conserves the original tank size of 23mm by 30 mm and is gold plated sterling silver. The simple non-marker dial and the elegant hands give the watch an extremely elegant style in addition to the thickness coming in at an extremely wearable 5mm. It goes perfectly under a suit and shirt, making it the perfect dress watch.

As shown in my accompanying pictures, the must de Cartier can not only can be worn with a suit, but it also looks very comfortable and versatile with a much more casual outfit. It gives a touch of elegance to every wrist that is lucky enought to wear the watch.

The soul that makes the Must de Cartier Tank work is a tried and tested ETA 2512 hand wound mechanical movement, that gives the timepiece the accuracy needed and an ample 44 hour power reserve.

The must de Cartier serves as the timeless proof that you can have elegance and quality at the same time on your wrist.
