Plug the merch store so people can buy a REGULATED IN 9 POSITIONS, Snow the chicken or even the official 110% more Asbestos shirt, mug, pin, sticker or tote bag to gift unsuspecting friends, family or homeless people on the tram for the holiday season.

MILTON RUM INDEPENDENTS CORNER
ZRC Grands Fonds 38 Heritage Re-Editions
Review of the original vintage ZRC Grand Fonds Type III on FIFTH WRIST by @chowcheeyong
Perhaps a more serious dive tool watch than a Tudor MN?
This reissue is definitely not going to fit Alex sized wrists considering how the smaller original fit our gracious reviewer. Also thanks to (person who does SEO) because simply searching “ZRC” gives the Fifth Wrist review as one of the top 5 results. Good job!
Not limited, 3190CHF (5500 gumnuts)

Moritz Grossman Atom Moore
37 x 9.2mm stainless steel case, no mention of water resistance.
Elegant size, case with welded lugs, lovely pinion cap and entirety of movement. But about as easy to read the time on as one of those miniature painting Pateks. Fifth Wrist supporter extraordinaire, soon to be cow-puhr-inja level Rob fund donator, Thomas @watchsymmetry wonders why the signature purpled hands had to be made a more standard blue, losing some of the brand identity. Maybe for visibility against the black print? Only available from Cellini Jewelers in New York yet the official price is in Euros..
Limited to 7 (not counting no. 0), 26900EUR (46000 gumnuts)

Sarpaneva x Valtteri Bottas “Kilpisjärvi”
46×11.5mm stainless steel case, 200m WR.
Extra-industrially looking (aged? sandblasted?) Chronode P1003 movement.
Voice note by extremely efficient, knowledgeable, Fifth Wrist supporter and Driving Time host, soon-to-develop pleural disease from his well worn favorite wrist-kissing strap and all great guy Tiny Wrist Tom. Apologies to Tom for not having the time to add this last week the week he donated, specially when he donated to go along with this. Additional 5-second voice recording of how to pronounce Finnish. No, Rob drunkenly mentioning that it has a swirly dial twice without Alex having enough clarity of mind to even register it does not count as talking about it.
Limited to 17 pieces, 17500EUR (30000 gumnuts)

Fears Brunswick 40
40 x 11.06mm stainless steel case, 100m WR.
Sportier, bigger, more WR. Lost the signature hands. Gained the first ever Fears bracelet. Cased re-drawn from scratch with the same overall look but different proportions. Managing Director is a former guest and friend of Fifth Wrist (specially Roman) and generally lovely person.
Not limited, 3750GBP (7400 gumnuts)

Patek Philippe Grandmaster Chime Haute Joaillerie 6300/400G-001
49.4 x 16.32mm white gold case, Humidity- and dust-protected only (not water-resistant).
31.35 total carat weight of 409 baguette diamonds alternatively 118 baguette blue sapphires (11.9 ct) on the bezel and 291 diamonds (20.54 ct), all with “invisible setting”. 1.19ct on the clasp alone. Complimentary white gold cufflinks set with baguette-cut diamonds. Are the cufflinks better than the Breguet clasp?
“Very limited number”, Price on request – the 6300G without diamonds is 2.5m CHF (4.3m gumnuts)

Farer Chrono-classic
39 x 13.2mm, 45mm lug to lug stainless steel case

Bronze insert in the crown is much more palatable than their old bronze crowns

Dubois Dépraz DD2022 movement. Interesting hollowed out and bead blasted lugs, think it’s deep enough to avoid the scratches that are usually very visible on blasted case sides?
2395USD (4000 gumnuts)

ALL THE OTHER SHIT

Ralph Lauren Polo Vintage 67
40 x 9.1mm, 47mm lug to lug  “aged” steel; distressed and polished stainless steel case,
The bund is back. Like Sergei said in his Russian interview which features GENEVA BLUE prototype casebacks, good pad printing is TALL. Modified spade hands and enamel look, comparatively nicely covered pinion cap. LJP7380 movement.
Not expressly limited but unlikely to still be available to purchase in a year, 2700USD (4500 gumnuts)

Hamilton 2022 black and gold capsule collection
The bund is back here too. Thoughts on this take on the collection?

TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph CBN2044.FC8313
42 x ?? mm 18K 3N yellow gold case, 100m WR
Neither official website nor blogs write the height (like they didn’t on the Porsche, Bamford or any other Carrera). 15000USD price bump over a steel Carrera with the same movement etc. Fairly significant movement spacer judging by the back. Comes with Complimentary Travel Pouch. 3N gold is (12.5% copper, 12.5% silver, 75% Gold) as opposed to the more common 2N gold which is (9% Cu, 16% Ag, 75% Au). According to one watchpro site comment from over 20 years ago: “AP says they use 2N EXCEPT for the ultra complicated models where they use a 3N alloy.”

Daytona John Player Special vibes?

image (1).png
“Inspired by the Maison’s legendary designs like an inverted version of the famed Heuer reference 1158 CHN, this 42mm 18K 3N yellow gold chronograph will overcome any challenge in style.”  “The Heuer reference 1158 CHN was then-CEO Jack Heuer’s personal favorite. (..) this piece is an homage to its founding father, Jack Heuer. Perfect timing, as the watch arrives just in time to celebrate his 90th birthday.” Taken from the official site

Not Limited, 20500USD (34000 gumnuts according to my calculations but 31150 gumnuts on the TAG Heuer Australia website which is almost exactly 20500USD to AUD without the GST..)

The Gérald Genta Arena Bi-Retrograde (Gerald Genta brand is wholly owned by Bulgari which is owned by LVMH)
41mm stainless steel case, 100m WR
Mother of Pearl dial. No outlet seems to have a picture of the hour corrector at 9 o’ clock.
Limited to 200, 24000EUR (41000 gumnuts)

Correction corner
Producers note writing error / Alex literacy issue in native language once past 0.2% BAC – the De Bethune DB Kind of Two Jumping GMT has a 28-piece case that features spring loaded lugs and revolving midcase construction, the lugs themselves are not 28 pieces.

Prompt to ask the wristeners who made it 5 hours in if they’d like classics like Rob’s drawers and/or LVMH group brand TAG Heuer sponsored Trivial Pursuit back?
