This week on the Defining Time Show, Anthony (@defining_time) and fellow Fifth Wrist Radio podcast host Michael (@woodswatchmaking) welcome Sean (@thebookwatcher) to the show. Sean has co-hosted a few other episodes on Fifth Wrist Radio and is a huge contributor to the Fifth Wrist community. We talk a little bit about his journey into watches and then we go start on the challenges of collecting watches and what to look for when buying a watch on Chrono24.
We talk about are our experiences, both good and bad. The pitfalls associated with buying watches online and from websites like Chrono24. We focus on the things we do when buying a watch, sight unseen, from the other side of the world. Michael Woods also brings a unique point of view as an independent watchmaker and specialist in the servicing, restoration and authentication of vintage Rolex watches.
